• Spoon (long handle is best)

Tips & Tricks

• Shake chocolate mould and tap it on the table to remove air bubbles.
• Keep in freezer long enough - till the chocolate mould looks misty - then the chocolates will easily pop out of the mould.
• Water and too much heat spoil candy.
• Wash moulds in warm, clean water - no detergent.
