Delivery of Orders
Home Style Chocolates have a wide range of chocolate moulds that are very appealing for chocolate makers worldwide. New Zealanders may also wish to send moulds to loved ones overseas as a gift. We are often asked for international shipping rates and we hope this guideline is helpful to you.
Delivery Charges
NZ nationwide: $6.50 per delivery. Please add an extra $4.00 for rural deliveries.
Deliveries are via courier to most NZ locations.
International Shipping: (You can normally expect delivery in 6-14 days via post.)
We suggest you email us to ask for a shipping quote for your order. Here is a quick guide to the cost of sending 10 moulds to the following countries/area.
Australia NZ$12
South Pacific NZ$20
East Asia & Nth America NZ$25
UK $ Europe NZ$25
Rest of World NZ$30
Orders are despatched promptly from our warehouse Monday-Friday.
Delivery Within New Zealand Orders are normally dispatched within two working days, and will be delivered by courier. Delivery should be overnight (North Island), or within two days (South Island). For rural delivery please allow an extra day or two. If you have not received your order within five working days, please contact us.
Damaged Goods:
If your order does not arrive to you in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days and tell us the problem so we can put it right.
