Colour - Green

Suitable for use in chocolate, cake decorating, icing, playdough, candyfloss, resins etc.

This is an oil based colouring so is suitable to colour almost everything.

Only ever use oil based colours in chocolate. (Cake decorating colours are not suitable to use in chocolate.)

To make coloured chocolate, mix a small amount (like a sprinkle of salt and pepper) to the melted white chocolate.

To make black; add green, blue and red to the melted white chocolate, mix then add lilac.

To colour candyfloss; use 1 quarter of a teaspoon of colouring to 3kg sugar.
